cancellation and refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

  • If booking is cancelled or modified up to 72 hours before date of arrival, Rs. 500/- per person will be charged.

  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

 

Legal Action

  • Any legal dispute or legal action relating to Rustic Ville can be filed at Pune, Maharashtra, India Jurisdiction.

  • In case of abuse, physical harrasement, threat, termination of the contract can take place along with a levy of Rs.20000/- as a penalty under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India Jurisdiction.
